We went to a local jeweler in Chico to sell some jewelry and get an estimate of its value. The jeweler took 2 weeks to get back to us, then said he would consign it, and then billed us for evaluating our jewelry. Then we went to Arden Jewelers. They evaluated our jewelry while we waited, and even told us that due to the nature of certain pieces that we should try to sell them on Ebay. After that, they purchased the remaining jewelry and paid us cash on the spot.
